
While at Mortenson I instigated and supported the creation of an internal company discussion forum. This forum is now used to communicate and record lessons learned between team members, as well as track the value BIM has provided to projects.

I modeled and coordinated the reroute of all underground utilities to make way for the new Providence Everett Medical center parking garage and hospital bed tower.

I led the 3D MEP coordination process of the Everett Community Cancer Care Center using Navisworks Clash Detective. Additionally I was also responsible for modeling the pneumatic tube system using Autodesk Architectural Desktop.

While working on the Everett Community Cancer Care Center project I used the 3D BIM model with the superintendent to plan the location and erection of the two tower cranes used by the project.

I used AutoDesk Architectural Desktop to create a business development structural concrete model. The image below shows the model overlayed with the architect’s SketchUp model.

Using Navisworks clash detective I created a 4D site logistics model of the Providence Everett bed tower project. This model was a key component to Mortenson being accepted for this $500 million hospital expansion.
